I’m Jay Forden, a mindset coach with over 25 years’ experience in leadership and a personal understanding of what it means to rebuild from the ground up following a serious illness.
Through both business pressures and chronic illness, I’ve lived the journey from burnout and self-doubt to resilience and self-belief. Today, I help others do the same, especially those navigating health challenges, identity shifts or simply feeling stuck.
