The Mind

Why Mindset?

Having a positive mindset is probably the most important component to facilitating positive change; without it we drastically reduce the likelihood of making significant improvements to our lifestyle, health and wellness.

Benefits

  • Decreased Stress
  • Improved Mental State
  • Greater Energy Levels
  • Increased Confidence
  • Boosts Immune System

How we think creates thoughts, those thoughts send messages to the body to create chemicals that create emotions.  The more we think in the same way, the more we create a routine (habit) and framework to our personality.

Therefore if we continually think negative thoughts, we will continue to create the same negative routine & personality.

  • The 95% versus 5% battle

Sadly we drift through life using 95% of our 'unconscious mind' which is made up of memorised behaviours, emotions, perceptions & reactions.

The remaining 5% of our 'conscious mind' is constantly in battle to override the 95%, often failing and resulting in feelings of unworthiness, doubt and negativity.

The Hack...

The brain doesn’t know the difference between a thought and a memory. Therefore our thoughts potentially have the ability to rewire the brain into believing a NEW REALITY.

  • Positive thoughts & feelings aligned = New Routine & Personality

When we create a new routine based on positive thoughts, we create a new personality, and start to react to our environment differently.   If our thoughts and feelings are not aligned there is internal conflict, and we cannot create a new environment.

Daily mindset exercises will could really improve your outlook on life, providing you avoid falling into the same train of thought that creates negative reactions.
