For more than 25 years I worked in senior commercial leadership roles where expectations were constant and responsibility sat at senior leadership level. Leading teams, shaping strategy and delivering results in demanding environments taught me a defining principle:
Clear thinking is a leader's greatest asset. Pressure is its greatest threat.
Today I help leaders and organisations strengthen performance under pressure through The Reset Loop®, a practical framework designed to improve clarity, decision making and resilience when the stakes are high.
Commercial Leadership and Lived Resilience
My career spans more than 25 years in senior commercial leadership roles across PepsiCo, Office Depot, Topps Tiles, RM Education and EMT Healthcare.
I have led commercial strategy, procurement, category management, negotiations, operational performance and leadership teams in environments where results mattered and pressure was constant.
Alongside my commercial career, I also navigated a serious long-term autoimmune condition, Ankylosing Spondylitis, which tested resilience well beyond the workplace.
Together, these experiences shaped my understanding of how sustained pressure affects clarity, confidence, decision making and performance.
They also reinforced a principle I have seen repeatedly in both business and life:
Resilience is not a wellbeing concept. It is a performance requirement.
That understanding gives me direct insight into the challenges leaders face every day:
The Reset Loop® combines commercial leadership experience with practical resilience principles to help leaders:
The framework underpins my coaching, leadership workshops, diagnostics and my book, RESET.
Who this work serves
Where pressure exists, performance depends on clarity. Clarity depends on resilience.
The Reset Loop® helps leaders strengthen both.
